Did you know? You can add an entire folder of pictures into a My Memories Suite template and choose to have the software place the photos for you automatically. It will even add extra pages to make room for the photos you want to add. The software does an amazing job of getting people into the photo frames. After filling a template, you can just adjust as you see fit and be done in a flash!

I used the Classic Photobook 2 to make a book of our entire month of April 2012. It includes Spring Break and Easter and it only took me an hour and a half to do! Can you image get a month’s worth of photos ready for printing in 90 minutes? I choose a classic black and white color scheme and added the photos myself. It was easy to change the background on every page in one click. It was also one click to change the photo mats and paper mats in the whole book. If I want to, I can also go back and change any background or mat individually or match everything on a single page. I love that!

Honestly, I’ve been putting this project off for a while because there were so many April photos to make scrapbook pages with. I wanted to do something simpler and I knew My Memories Suite was going to make it a snap. I was SO thrilled to get this book done! Do you have a lot of pictures from an event or vacation that are making you feel overwhelmed? Using these templates might solve your problem! It is SO amazing to just be able to pop the pictures into the photo boxes without having to line everything up or crop to an exact size. There are just a lot fewer steps than doing a digital scrapbooking project in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. If you aren’t doing the autofill method, all you have to do is double-click on one of the photoboxes to add a picture. After you choose a picture from your folders, you will immediately be able to zoom and crop. It will automatically size the photo and place it onto your page. It’s magical!! It’s also so great to flip through ALL the pages in a book without having to open and close individual pages.

You are going to find tons of uses for these templates. Even if you don’t create an entire photobook like I did, you can add a set to your collection to quickly showcase sets of photos when you are looking for a classic style on a single or double page. I know I will be going back to these templates whenever I have a lot of photos to put on a page. Plus I can can always add some zing with tags and flowers and ribbons and all that good stuff!
